Grief is a natural response to loss. It is the emotional suffering you feel when you lose something or a loved one, it can be overwhelming. Loss is difficult and everyone responds differently. Coping with grief can be extremely challenging. Finding the right resources to help you manage and come to terms with your loss is important.

There is no right or wrong way to react to a loss and no individual reacts the same way. Grief can include physical, intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional responses which are all considered normal.
